📋 Description

• Perform installations, service, and support visits at customer and dealer locations • Plan and deliver installation and technical training for dealerships • Handle customer support cases via email and phone in collaboration with the support team • Support warranty claim administration and process NCR (Non-Conformance Report) documentation • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth information flow and execution • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• A proactive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn • Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge • Experience working with heavy equipment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace • Strong attention to detail and a structured, professional work style • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Experience in a similar technical support or field service role is a plus
