📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable HR processes that support Step’s rapid growth • Own the employee experience, from onboarding to retention, ensuring high engagement and performance • Develop and implement strategic frameworks for compensation, benefits, and performance management to drive organizational effectiveness • Partner with leadership to build employee connectedness and cultivate a strong, inclusive culture aligned with Step’s values • Implement and manage HR systems, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR with leadership experience in a high-growth startup or fintech • Demonstrated success building scalable People programs, HR infrastructure, and operational processes from the ground up • Experience leading talent acquisition and developing recruiting strategies that attract exceptional talent • Experience building and leading high-performing teams • Exceptional process-building and execution skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making • Capable of managing immediate priorities while anticipating future needs • Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with executives • Passion for building a high-performance, people-first culture
