📋 Description

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary Backend and Mobile/Web teams, conducting one-on-one meetings (1:1s), individual development plans (IDPs), performance evaluations and talent retention. • Translate and cascade the company's strategic plans to the team, ensuring alignment between technical direction and business objectives. • Ensure delivery of complete, scalable solutions—from the app experience to the robustness of backend services. • Work in partnership with Product Managers, Product Designers and other leaders. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business areas, ensuring transparency, timeline visibility and alignment of expectations. • Promote psychological safety, collaboration and continuous feedback, acting as an ambassador of Stone’s culture. • Connect technical goals to the business’s strategic objectives. • Drive the professional growth of direct reports and foster continuous learning and technical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience leading/managing technology teams. • Technical background in software development. • Ability to guide architecture discussions for Mobile (Kotlin/Android/iOS), Web (React/Next.js) and Backend (.NET, APIs, microservices, event-sourcing, event-driven architectures). • Experience working with scalable, integrated, high-availability systems. • Clear communication, empathy and emotional intelligence to manage conflicts and support career development for engineers with diverse specialties.
