📋 Description

• Ensure successful post deployment service delivery of Workday solutions for clients • Work closely with team members and independently to manage workload • Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite • Work with the client to understand post go-live requirements and design, build, configure and test the Workday solution • Play an active role in expertise area and share knowledge with colleagues • Build rapport with Cloud Optimisation clients and guide them on Workday deployment • Develop strong relationships with other team members, management and external clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting Workday Time Tracking • Certified in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management preferable, minimum of Time Tracking • Consultancy experience of HR processes is desirable • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills • Experience of confidently managing stakeholders • Ideally, experience working on multiple concurrent clients • Ideally, experience playing a key role in virtual teams
