📋 Description

• Prepare or coordinate financial reports, regulatory filings, reconciliations, and other client deliverables as needed for a portfolio of captive insurance clients. • Review insurance and corporate documentation and maintain accurate, up-to-date records. • Respond promptly to client, regulator, and internal team requests with a high level of professionalism and service. • Help coordinate communications and relationships with clients, auditors, bankers, legal counsel, and other service providers. • Assist with preparing for and participating in client Board of Director meetings. • Contribute to special projects, reporting initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that support the team and client experience. • Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth operation of the Company and assigned client accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in accounting, captive insurance, financial reporting, or regulated environments is preferred. • CPA designation (or progress toward completion) is an asset. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong client-service mindset. • Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to travel as circumstances require.
