📋 Description

• Support the administration of class action settlement projects from initiation through completion • Coordinate with internal teams, legal counsel, clients, and vendors to keep projects on schedule • Maintain project plans, track milestones, and assist with meeting deadlines • Prepare reports, organize project documentation, and monitor deliverables • Use Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and validate project data • Assist with settlement distributions, quality control, and reporting • Identify potential issues and communicate them to project managers • Participate in process improvement initiatives • Provide professional and responsive client service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organizing, analyzing, and working with large datasets • Experience with formulas, sorting/filtering, and pivot tables preferred • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment • Eagerness to learn class action settlement administration • Previous internship, administrative, project coordination, legal support, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
