📋 Description
• Oversee large, complex projects or multiple concurrent engagements. • Ensure smooth Sales-to-Delivery transitions and team onboarding. • Develop and deliver kickoff presentations with partners and executive-level clients. • Lead and advise clients through Change Control and scope management. • Proactively assess risks and resolve issues to limit escalation. • Mentor Associate and Project Managers. • Participate in pre-sales activities to represent project management expertise.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in Professional Services • 4+ years of ServiceNow Experience • ServiceNow CSA Certification • ServiceNow CIS–HR Certification • ServiceNow HRSD Professional Suite • Industry Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster)
