📋 Description

• Grow and scale Stripe’s Product Management and Strategy & Operations teams across AMER • Own full-cycle recruiting • Drive hiring strategy and support priority business needs across the Product organization • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and achieve headcount goals • Partner with recruiting analytics to ensure accurate hiring-progress reporting • Build cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance, and other teams • Generate high-quality candidate pipelines through branding, events, and employee referral initiatives • Report key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve processes • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience strongly preferred) • Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor • High agency; ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization and thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility • Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines • Active and data-driven approach to problem solving; ability to interpret trends and use insights to improve process efficiency • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders internally and externally
