📋 Description

• Make outgoing and receive incoming calls from people interested in attending the colleges • Qualify potential student calls and transfer them to an Admissions Consultant • Generate excitement and build rapport with potential students • Meet productivity metrics • Use an auto-dialing system to accurately track and report calls • Work closely with the supervisor within Enrollment Services • Perform additional responsibilities aligned with the role as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred • Call center experience preferred but not required • Must be able to lift 15 pounds • Excellent attendance • Great communication skills • Previous dialer experience is a plus • Strong customer service skills • Proficient at working independently and meeting timelines • Able to work in collaborative team settings • Strong organizational skills • Strong attention to detail • Computer literacy, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Available to work occasional evenings and weekends • Must abide by FERPA requirements protecting student education records • Must be authorized to work in the United States
