📋 Description

• Interface with US population-based decision makers, including payers, health systems, clinical pathway organizations, P&T committees, and policy makers • Educate key stakeholders on the clinical, economic, and humanistic impact of ivonescimab to inform formulary access and pathway/guideline decisions • Provide objective, scientifically sound medical information through economic models, outcomes tools, educational programs, and collaborations • Partner compliantly with the commercial market access field team to facilitate access to ivonescimab through proactive engagement with organized customers • Cultivate and manage relationships with population-based decision makers as the primary point of contact • Collaborate with HEOR and market access teams to execute scientific engagement strategies for payers, PBMs, GPOs, IDNs, and oncology pathways • Provide clinical and healthcare economic information to payers and formulary decision-makers • Communicate clinical and economic information related to ivonescimab to advance formulary decision-making and improve patient outcomes • Capture and communicate stakeholder insights and evidence gaps internally • Contribute to content strategy development and execute aligned field tactics • Work with stakeholders to support inclusion of ivonescimab in clinical/payer pathways and treatment order sets while optimizing budget assessments • Collaborate with medical affairs, HEOR, market access, and other colleagues on account engagement plans • Present clinical, humanistic, and economic evidence and value propositions to payer audiences • Monitor market and payer needs and provide actionable recommendations to inform medical and market access strategy • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PharmD, or PhD in Health Services Research, Health Economics, or related field • Minimum of 12+ years relevant experience in healthcare industry, with minimum 5+ years direct experience in pharmaceutical, managed care, or consulting industries • Previous experience in Oncology, preferably non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) • Previous experience in a field-based role with strong understanding of the US healthcare system, market access landscape, and value-based decision makers • Experience analyzing health care data and utilizing real-world evidence (RWE) is a plus • Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate large amounts of scientific information clearly, concisely, and memorably • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders; ability to influence and collaborate to make a business impact • Ability to be proactive, enthusiastic, and goal oriented • Ability to travel up to approximately 75% of the time, including overnight travel for internal and external meetings
