📋 Description

• Assist with the preparation of supporting schedules for form 10-Q, 10-K, and proxy • Perform tie out of form 10-K and 10-Q • Assist with tracking and recording clinical trial and research-related expenses, including vendor accruals and study-related costs • Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and other standard closing entries • Assist with internal and external auditor requests • Participate in process improvements, financial system implementations and/or enhancements • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed • All other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting • Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting • Results-oriented, strong organizational skills, and time management skills with ability to multi-task • A team player willing to step in and help with other areas of accounting • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Superb analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills, with impeccable attention to detail, and strong prioritization and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality • Excellent organizational, management, analytical & decision-making skills • An ability to work well cross functionally and across geographies • Impeccable integrity and a strong work ethic.
