• Generate, qualify, and nurture new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and online channels. • Conduct consultative conversations in Mandarin and English to identify client pain points. • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM system. • Collaborate closely with account executives and project leads to convert qualified prospects into active clients. • Research and identify potential business opportunities within targeted industries. • Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with clients to ensure engagement. • Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs related to lead generation and conversion. • Maintain a strong understanding of the platform, features, and value propositions.
• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related field. • Certifications or training in Sales, CRM, or SaaS platforms will be an added advantage. • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development. • Experience in technology solutions, SaaS, or B2B sales preferred. • Exposure to Mandarin-speaking clients or markets will be highly valued.
