📋 Description

• Oversee, ideate, and manage strategic communication campaigns • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for diverse accounts • Act as the main point of contact between agency and clients • Lead strategic planning sessions and collaborate with the team • Drive business profitability through effective budget planning • Lead business development efforts, preparing and presenting pitches • Maintain creative excellence across channels • Mentor and coach new hires and existing team members • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback • Supervise and enhance account team performance • Draft, review, and edit communication materials • Conduct media outreach to meet client KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of leadership experience in the PR agency world • Proven track record of driving client success • Creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented problem solver • Proven experience managing teams in PR, marketing, advertising, or related roles • Extensive knowledge of the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and P&G industries • Strategic thinker with a business development mindset • Exceptional leadership skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proven ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute highly creative campaigns
