📋 Description

• Own end-to-end GTM Strategic Planning, including territory design, segmentation design, target planning, and GTM capacity planning • Build and maintain a single source of truth for planning data across HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hex • Translate company priorities into field actions by designing planning strategy and executing it • Partner with Sales Leadership on coverage models, segmentation, and team structures • Define and track important metrics and surface actionable insights • Lead the Strategic Planning roadmap, including tooling investments and evaluation of systems and processes • Work cross-functionally with talent acquisition to align GTM and territory models • Collaborate with GTM Engineering on automations and data pipelines • Shape how Supabase’s go-to-market engine operates

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy Consulting, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or developer-tools company • Fluency in the GTM stack: HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hightouch • Comfortable writing SQL • Experience designing or overhauling sales processes, forecasting cadences, or territory models in a high-growth environment • Understanding of product-led growth motions, including PLS, usage-based triggers, and how PLG data flows into commercial pipelines • Ability to work with high ownership and autonomy • Ability to work asynchronously and document clearly • Ability to bridge strategy and execution • Ability to build scalable systems without over-engineering • Understanding of how developers discover, adopt, and expand usage of products • Clear communication across Finance, Sales, Success, Partnerships, Engineering, and Marketing
