📋 Description

• Coordinate timelines and deliverables for low voltage installations, including data cabling, CCTV, and access control • Manage Zoho Desk service tickets and Zoho Projects deployments daily • Act as the bridge between clients and field technicians • Maintain detailed project notes, hardware inventories, and close-out reports • Handle incoming communications via Dialpad • Balance independent tasks with collaborative team goals

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years in a project coordination or service administration role, preferably in low voltage or IT • Understanding of Ubiquiti networking • Understanding of access control systems • Understanding of IP cameras • Understanding of structured cabling • Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects experience highly preferred • Exceptional written and verbal English • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Reliable, high-speed internet connection • Dual-monitor setup • Intel i7 processor or equivalent, or better
