📋 Description

• Proactively source, headhunt, and aggregate qualified candidates through job boards, social networks, tech communities, and direct outreach • Guide candidates through the hiring funnel from initial outreach and screening to interview scheduling and offer presentation • Assess candidate qualifications, technical backgrounds, and culture fit through structured initial interviews • Coordinate onboarding documentation, equipment setup, and orientation schedules • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine ideal candidate profiles • Deliver regular recruitment status updates • Submit a resume and brief responses about sourcing strategies, recruiting tools and ATS platforms, and home office setup

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate management, preferably in tech or technical support industries • Demonstrated success using modern recruiting platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing engines such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, and specialized job boards • Strong track record of converting passive leads into active pipeline candidates • Native-level written and spoken English • Reliable, distraction-free, quiet workspace • Stable high-speed internet for daily candidate phone/video calls • Exceptionally organized and attentive to candidate experience • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment funnels independently
