📋 Description

• Provide onsite support to the superintendent and project manager • Act as a link between project sites and head office • Implement and monitor quality control, safety, and environmental programs • Perform quantity surveying, quantity review, and system input • Coordinate field details and conduct site inspections • Liaise with field subcontractors • Assist site inspectors with reporting functions • Set up and maintain filing systems and document control • Maintain daily communication with site superintendents • Record daily construction activities and produce photographic records • Prepare daily site, labor, and cost reports • Expedite materials with the Project Manager • Distribute information to subcontractors and internal teams • Maintain as-built drawings, budgets, and cost forecasts • Participate in post-project reviews with key personnel

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education: Diploma or BSc Degree in Engineering, Construction Coordination, or Forestry is an asset • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License • Legally permitted to work in Canada • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Customer-focused with a keen eye for quality and prioritization • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Willingness to work at various project sites across Canada, often on a fly-in-fly-out basis • Entry-level experience accepted
