📋 Description

• Set strategy for building AI-native product experiences • Lead the AI platform that enables AI capabilities across SurveyMonkey’s product • Lead product strategy for agentic and conversational survey experiences • Influence intelligent, automated workflows for survey programs • Define and execute a multi-phase strategy for turning SurveyMonkey’s data corpus into a customer-facing competitive advantage • Develop cross-survey intelligence, industry benchmarks, and predictive signals • Lead a team of product managers focused on AI platform and data products • Partner closely with engineering, LLM infrastructure, and data science teams • Maintain direct line of sight to the CPO

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record building an AI/ML platform at scale • Experience shipping agentic products • Understanding of LLM-powered workflows, tool use, and autonomous agent design • Strong data background where data was central to the product value proposition • Director-level product management leadership experience • Experience in a high-growth or platform-transformation context ideally • Ability to operate as a peer to VP-level engineering and data science leaders • Evidence that strategy work changed directions • Must reside in Ontario or Alberta • Legally entitled to work in Canada • Must not require employment visa sponsorship to work legally in Canada
