📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with mid-sized clients as a trusted advisor • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability • Stay up to date with products and services to present them effectively and address client inquiries • Develop account plans and strategies aligned with company objectives and client needs • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure seamless client experiences • Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively • Provide regular reports on account status, revenue forecasts, and market trends to management • Drive client success and satisfaction, ensuring maximum value from offerings • Analyze client challenges, identify root causes, and develop innovative risk management solutions • Travel by auto or air to designated top and prospective clients within the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is typically required • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing role • Knowledge of financial services, risk management, or related fields is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement them to meet client needs • Deep commitment to understanding and meeting client needs, along with a focus on customer satisfaction • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain trust with clients and colleagues • Adherence to high ethical standards and a commitment to compliance with industry regulations • Ability to work independently and stay motivated to achieve goals and targets • Auto or air travel to designated top clients within assigned territory, including prospective clients • Pre-employment drug testing required • SWBC does not hire tobacco users as allowed by law
