• Develop and manage project charters, baseline metrics, data collection plans, and proof-of-concepts • Plan, develop, execute, accept, and complete post-implementation activities in accordance with project objectives • Develop KPIs focused on scope, schedule, cost, delivery, service, and quality • Facilitate resolution of deployment issues, risks, and challenges • Identify opportunities for process automation, scalability, and installation-team efficiency • Lead weekly cross-functional meetings reviewing project progress, issues, and risks • Provide regular updates to business stakeholders and leadership • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate continuous-improvement ideas into design and documentation through engineering changes • Ensure timely execution of approved engineering changes across installation sites, including retroactive implementation • Support installation teams and troubleshoot design and material-delivery issues • Document and share best practices, process improvements, and innovative approaches • Foster transparency, fast decision-making, and synchronized cross-functional partnership
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or equivalent years of experience • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in industrial/robotic automation installation projects • Ability to implement creative solutions and deliver projects to scope, schedule, and budget • Ability to identify problems and potential risks, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to implement change initiatives with minimal disruption and maximum adoption • Negotiation and relationship skills for directing technical teams and resolving competing priorities • Experience leveraging business intelligence tools to provide insightful metrics • Process-oriented, lean-focused, methodical, detail-oriented, and proactive • Preferred: PMP certification • Preferred: Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen certification • Preferred: working knowledge of Jira, Smartsheet, and SAP • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to respective site locations • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive and/or fly to client and customer locations • Willingness and ability to work in Western or Central time zones • Ability to walk steep stairs, work at heights above 45 feet, work in restrictive 24-inch areas, work in temperatures from 105° to 32° Fahrenheit, and lift/move up to 50 pounds • Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • Ability to spend approximately 75% of site time on construction sites with required PPE • Compliance with safety requirements including lock-out tag-out and fall-protection protocols
