📋 Description

• Administer and troubleshoot SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) environments • Develop, implement, and maintain SailPoint IIQ solutions • Perform application onboarding and ongoing support activities • Support identity lifecycle management processes • Integrate Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions • Manage account creation and onboarding processes • Develop, deliver, and maintain Quicklinks, Forms, and Workflows • Utilize SCIM APIs for identity integrations • Configure and support Web Services Connectors • Configure and support Database (JDBC) Connectors • Develop and maintain BeanShell and Java-based customizations • Support certification campaigns and access reviews • Provide access request support and troubleshooting • Maintain SailPoint IIQ server hygiene and operational health • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements and feasibility • Support directory services integrations including LDAP and Active Directory • Manage tickets, engage end users, and resolve issues • Coordinate with vendors for support cases and issue resolution • Take ownership of assigned initiatives and drive them to completion

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of related experience • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and infrastructure architecture • Knowledge of Directory Services including LDAP and Active Directory • Experience with ticket management and end-user support • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working with stakeholders across technical and business teams • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities • Excellent communication skills • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to work effectively across Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams • Preferred: Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) • Preferred: Experience with CyberArk Vault (PAM) • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Azure / Entra, specifically IAM-related services • Preferred: Experience working within large enterprise environments
