📋 Description

• Lead a critical infrastructure modernization initiative migrating application databases from legacy infrastructure to supported platforms • Develop and manage strategic communication and change management strategies throughout all project phases • Provide business analysis expertise for enterprise-wide initiatives, data analytics, executive briefing materials, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting • Lead organizational change efforts and foster partnerships across stakeholder groups • Develop project strategies, frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and recommendations • Apply project management methodologies to direct, coordinate, execute, monitor, and complete projects • Manage complex project schedules, resource estimates, approvals, deliverables, and reporting activities • Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and project deliverables • Oversee privacy and security-related project deliverables • Lead technical teams and support Agile project delivery • Research emerging trends and provide continuous improvement recommendations • Prepare project plans, status reports, presentations, executive briefings, and related documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technology professionals, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager • Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and techniques • Proven experience facilitating client meetings and workshops • Experience translating business needs into technical requirements • Experience creating and maintaining project plans and status reports • Experience managing privacy and security deliverables • Experience working within Agile development environments and methodologies • Proven experience leading technical teams • Strong technical and business aptitude • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated leadership style with exceptional interpersonal skills • Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting challenging deadlines • Experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation • Strong collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and time-management skills • Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships and resolve issues effectively • Strong research and analytical capabilities • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams • Proficiency with Microsoft Project • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proficiency with Microsoft Visio • Proficiency with Planview • Previous public sector or government experience preferred • Experience with complex enterprise technology modernization initiatives preferred
