📋 Description

• Synack’s Penetration Testing as a Service platform manages customers’ attack surfaces by discovering new assets, pentesting for critical vulnerabilities and gaining visibility into the root causes of security risks. • We’re looking for an ambitious and resilient sales professional to join us on the ground floor and help build our legacy. Forget being a small cog in a giant machine. • You won’t just execute a playbook; you’ll help write it. • This isn’t your typical sales role. This is a launchpad. This is your chance to gain more hands-on, full-cycle sales experience in 12 months than you would in three years at a larger company. You will have a direct line to leadership, your ideas will be heard, and your impact on our revenue and growth will be immediate and visible. Keep reading... • Here’s what you’ll achieve in the first 12 months • You will master our value proposition and become a trusted expert on the security challenges our clients face. • You will build and manage a robust sales pipeline from the ground up through strategic, persistent outbound prospecting and discovery. • You will consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets, taking ownership of the full sales cycle from initial meeting to close. • You will forge strong relationships with key decision-makers (CISOs, VPs of IT, Security Directors) within your target accounts. • You will contribute to the evolution of our sales process by providing real-time feedback from the front lines. • Here’s what you’ll need • Four year college degree or equivalent • 2+ years experience in full cycle sales. Must have prior experience closing deals • Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills • The ability to make formal and informal presentations to staff and clients • CRM and sales tool experience (SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo etc.) • Demonstrated success and consistency in achieving sales goals • Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills • Must be creative solutions thinker who can drive sales success • Must be detail oriented and flexible • Ready to join us? • Synack is committed to embracing diversity. Salary offered to a successful candidate is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, role related education and skills. 🎯 Requirements
