📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of RPA programs according to client expectations, adhering to schedule, budget, and quality standards • Provide overall project leadership to the project teams; mentor and develop team members and peers • Manage overall project/program risks, making adjustments as necessary and obtaining buy-in from senior management for critical project plans, commitment, and changes • Oversee and lead development, implementation, and maintenance of the project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures, timelines, budget, and quality outcomes • Manage accurate development and traceability of requirements during project life cycle • Ensure understanding of stakeholder goals and expectations, proactively addressing misalignments; coordinate service levels and agreements and prioritize resources across projects and programs • Develop strategy for control and governance structures to ensure desired outcomes across projects • Manage delivery portfolio, monitoring, escalating and resolving delivery issues internally • Participate in sales pursuits, driving the solution-planning and deal-shaping processes that will help deliver business value for clients • Develop and implement change enablement processes throughout the project

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional working experience in the software product services industry • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience as a project lead • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience leading software automation and/or integration projects • Knowledge of RPA technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism, and automation best practices • Communication & Presence; the ability to communicate appropriately across different levels and roles • Good client interface and presentation skills • Customer-oriented attitude and experience in customer expectations management • Strategic Mindset; the ability to see the big picture and deliver key outcomes
