📋 Description

• Under the direction of the Regional Business Development Director, responsible for expanding Systemair’s reach and revenues within a specific geographical area. • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals. • Identify potential business opportunities through research, cold outreach, and networking. • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities. • Present company products and services showcasing their value in meeting customer needs. • Set up meetings between potential clients and the sales team. • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target companies. • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance Systemair’s presence in the market. • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, product development, etc. to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads while ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction. • Track and report on sales activities, including lead status, customer interactions, and opportunity progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in a sales representative or business development role, HVAC industry preferred. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • High level of autonomy and self-motivation. • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs. • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics. • Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills. • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft 365. • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
