📋 Description

•Tactiq is a rapidly growing global Series A SaaS startup headquartered in Sydney, that uses generative AI to extract actionable knowledge from conversations. •We're seeking a driven and experienced self-starter Account Executive in the south or central states, Texas preferably, to spearhead our further expansion into the United States. •As our first dedicated sales hire in the US, you'll be instrumental in establishing Tactiq as the go-to solution for mid-corporate and enterprise teams seeking to maximize the value of their meetings. •Drive the Full Sales Cycle: From initial contact to closing deals, you'll own the sales process for enterprise and mid-corporate accounts. •Identify and Qualify Leads: Leverage multiple outbound channels and prospecting skills to identify key decision-makers and qualify high-potential leads using ICP metrics •Manage Pipeline: Maintain an accurate balanced CRM pipeline. Provide confident data-driven forecasts and iteratively develop key account plans •Conduct Product Demonstrations: Showcase the power of Tactiq through compelling product demos tailored to the specific needs of each prospect •Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and product champions, becoming a trusted advisor on meeting productivity •Close Deals: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving ARR and expansion growth for Tactiq in the US market.

🎯 Requirements

•Full-stack Sales Professional: You are a subject matter expert in technology sales. Having had a wide-ranging experience, you use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve multiple tasks and issues in creative and effective ways. •Hunter Mentality: You are a self-starter who thrives on the thrill of the chase and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty •Multi-tenant Sales Targeting: You own a history of selling into various customer audiences (not just technical or business). You confidently address different customer queries and use cases through multiple angles of a product •Enterprise/Mid-Corporate Sales Experience: Proven track record of success selling SaaS solutions to enterprise and mid-corporate clients. •Working knowledge of PLG: You know product-led sales and can easily distinguish a PQA from a PQL to execute an efficient lead-generation process •Great Visual Thinker: You project a holistic picture of account development journey over 12-18 months, from initial activation to company-wide coverage •SaaS/AI/Cloud expertise: You confidently operate knowledge about LLMs, SSO, SAML, SOC2 and feel comfortable around technical and regulative concept landscape •Strong Qualifier: Professional in qualifying IN and OUT to ensure efforts are applied to the tangible and closable opportunities only •Deal Engineer: You construct non-standard commercial solutions to fit customer economics and provide long-term commercial benefits •Sales tech-savvy: Strong knowledge of outreach tools (Apollo, Luna.ai, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), CRM power user (Hubspot) and enrichment platforms (Skrapp.io, Rocketreach) •Solid Storytelling Skills: You put customer problems first and give compelling reasons to transfer from As Is to To Be state •Results-Oriented: Driven by a desire to achieve and exceed targets, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
