📋 Description

• Build and maintain features for the Restaurant tablet mobile application using React Native and TypeScript • Design and implement reusable components and business logic in line with architecture standards • Integrate with REST APIs and handle real-time data using WebSockets and Pusher • Write and maintain unit and component tests • Diagnose and resolve defects, including analyzing errors and crashes in Sentry • Participate in code reviews and maintain a clean, consistent codebase • Contribute to the release cycle, including shipping over-the-air updates via CodePush • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product partners in an async-friendly, distributed setting • Contribute across the full product lifecycle from designing new functionality through release and production support

🎯 Requirements

• Proven commercial experience building React Native apps shipped to production • Experience configuring and managing releases with Fastlane, App Store/TestFlight, Google Play, and Firebase App Distribution • Strong TypeScript skills, including strict mode, generics, robust typing, and typed Redux • Solid understanding of React and its ecosystem, including hooks, state management, performance, and re-render optimization • Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit, including createSlice, createAsyncThunk, and selectors • Experience integrating REST APIs with Axios and handling asynchronous operations • Experience working with real-time data using WebSockets and/or Pusher • Strong debugging skills across JavaScript and native logs • Experience with error-monitoring tools such as Sentry • Experience writing automated tests with Jest and React Native Testing Library • Proficiency with Git and code review • Experience with CodePush/OTA updates is a bonus • Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions is a bonus • Experience developing native modules and working with Android Kotlin/Java, Gradle, iOS Swift/Objective-C, and CocoaPods is a bonus • Experience with Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance, and Remote Config is a bonus • Experience with OAuth2/Keycloak and secure storage such as Keychain is a bonus • Experience with end-to-end testing using Detox is a bonus • Experience integrating hardware such as receipt/thermal printers, maps, and peripheral devices is a bonus • Successful background check required; job offers are conditional upon satisfactory results
