• Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to targeted prospects across assigned industries and regions. • Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. • Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into opportunities. • Research accounts to identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach accordingly. • Maintain clean, accurate records of all activities and leads in HubSpot CRM (or similar). • Manage the full lead nurturing process — from first touch through appointment handoff. • Support marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media ads, and Google Ads. • Assist in social media management — posting updates, engaging with audiences, and tracking engagement metrics. • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and share content that resonates with target audiences (e.g., case studies, blog posts, success stories). • Monitor campaign results and contribute ideas to improve reach and conversion rates. • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to align messaging and outreach cadence.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Marketing Support (B2B preferred). • Experience with HubSpot CRM is strongly preferred. • Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar platforms is a plus (especially for IT/MSP backgrounds). • Background in IT services, SaaS, or Managed Service Providers (MSP) is a strong advantage. • Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages). • Strong written and verbal communication skills - persuasive and personable. • Working knowledge of social media marketing, email automation, and digital ads (Google, Meta, or LinkedIn).
