📋 Description

• Own talent acquisition end-to-end, including sourcing, pipeline management, offers, and close • Beta-test internal AI hiring tools and provide direct feedback • Surface gaps and help shape AI hiring tools • Design automated workflows that reduce manual effort • Build interviewing capability through structured loops, competency frameworks, and calibrated, fair evaluation • Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate hiring needs into clear plans • Maintain a high hiring bar • Champion a culture-first hiring experience for candidates and interviewers • Coach interviewers and support full-cycle recruiting

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of hiring well in fast-moving environments • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation • Skilled stakeholder manager who builds trust quickly and keeps senior stakeholders aligned • Experience training and developing interviewing skills and competencies in others • Fluent in English and French, spoken and written • Experience working in a culture-first environment (nice to have) • Enthusiasm for helping shape the tools you use (nice to have)
