The product is aimed at UX researchers, product managers, and research-ops teams at B2B enterprises to centralize research operations and share actionable insights across organizations.

📋 Description

• Take product problems from customer conversations through production and post-launch validation • Build across the product stack, including Rails APIs and React/TypeScript frontends • Work on video streaming, realtime voice agents, agentic search, product analytics, and related systems • Collaborate directly with the founders, designer, and engineering team • Analyze interview transcripts, product analytics, and customer data to understand problems • Build prototypes and technical plans, then use AI agents to build and QA solutions • Break work into sensible pieces and carefully evaluate AI-generated output • Own everything that ships, regardless of who typed it • Build highly usable, customer-centric products with polished UI and UX • Use appropriate system primitives to reduce bespoke solutions • Learn the codebase and merge an initial pull request during the first week • Ship into a live product area within the first 30 days • Own a product surface by 60 days • Become accountable for a product area and help shape product strategy by 90 days • Talk with customers, read transcripts, and occasionally participate in the support queue • Operate in an AI-native, low-ceremony, high-accountability engineering environment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills, including API development and frontend engineering • Rails and TypeScript experience preferred, but not a hard requirement • Experience building and running production systems • Daily experience with an agentic coding harness such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor • Ideally shipped LLM-powered features or understands running them in production • Experience independently deciding what to build and defending UX decisions • Clear written communication • Approximately 5+ years of experience with real ownership • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate accountability • Strong product judgment and customer-centric approach • Willingness to talk to customers, read transcripts, and participate in the support queue • Willingness to work with AI agents as an integral part of the workflow • Ability to work remotely and generally work PST hours with flexibility • Must provide a link to something built that real people are using when applying
