<Great Question> is an all-in-one, enterprise-grade SaaS platform for UX research that helps teams recruit participants, run user interviews, surveys and prototype tests, and synthesize findings. It provides participant recruitment (external panel of 3M+), scheduling, incentives, a secure research repository, AI-powered transcription and insight synthesis, and compliance with SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA. The product is aimed at UX researchers, product managers, and research-ops teams at B2B enterprises to centralize research operations and share actionable insights across organizations.

📋 Description

• Own problems end to end, from customer conversation through production and validation • Build across Rails APIs, React/TypeScript frontends, video streaming, realtime voice agents, agentic search, product analytics, and related product areas • Work directly with the founders, designer, and engineering team • Use customer interviews, transcripts, and product analytics to understand problems • Build prototypes, create technical plans, and direct AI agents to build and QA work • Evaluate AI-generated output and own whatever ships • Build usable, customer-centric products with polished UI and UX • Design scalable systems using appropriate primitives rather than bespoke solutions • Ship features rapidly to production and maintain them to assess outcomes • Engage with customer Slack channels and support queues • Within 90 days, own a product surface and become accountable for its strategy and results

🎯 Requirements

• Strong across the full stack, including APIs and frontend development • Experience with Rails and TypeScript, although this is not a hard requirement • Built and run production systems • Daily experience with an agentic coding harness such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor • Ideally shipped LLM-powered features or understands what it takes to run them in production • Experience deciding what to build and defending UX opinions • Clear writing ability • Approximately 5+ years with real ownership • Willingness to work PST hours, with flexibility • Willingness to talk to customers, read transcripts, and participate in the support queue • Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, autonomy, and accountability • Strong commitment to AI-native workflows
