• Lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in the US and LATAM. • Collaborate with the operations/product team in Ukraine. • Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth and market expansion. • Participate in strategic discussions with leadership and support key account development. • Play a central role in shaping long-term growth initiatives and evolving into a future Country Head.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in revenue leadership, sales operations, or commercial growth roles in B2B SaaS. • Strong cross-functional collaboration and team management skills. • Experience driving growth in the US and LATAM markets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities. • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and execute business objectives. • English and Ukrainian or Russian is a must. • Nice-to-have: CRM background or experience in the pharma industry.
