📋 Description

• Lead and execute visual merchandising strategies across retail and wholesale locations throughout North America • Ensure consistent brand presentation and drive commercial performance through visual storytelling • Adapt global visual strategies to regional needs, store architecture, traffic flow, and localized business insights • Lead execution of monthly floorsets, initiatives, tests, windows, and other visual direction • Lead VM calls with field teams to communicate and problem-solve floorsets, mapping, and VM initiatives • Prioritize top doors for floorset walkthroughs, leadership visits, and external visits • Conduct store visits and follow-ups, providing hands-on coaching and VM training • Host Zoom/Teams walkthroughs and virtual touchpoints for remote and opportunity locations • Manage store photo reviews, recap progress to NA Retail and GVE teams, and provide constructive feedback • Assess talent, identify top performers and opportunities, and facilitate VM training sessions and seminars • Support creation and training of the Visual Merchandising Program • Collaborate with Global Visual Merchandising on seasonal directions and brand messages • Partner with NA Buying and Wholesale to balance brand storytelling with commercial priorities • Own creative layout planning for seasonal windows and in-store presentation mapping • Support promotion and signage communication and resolve promotional issues • Assist with art direction and installation of seasonal windows and animations • Manage FRSO and validate floor plans for new store openings and relocations • Conduct wholesale and travel retail visits and visual audits • Adapt visual guidelines for diverse wholesale partners and travel retail environments • Maintain brand integrity through visual weight, product density, color transitions, styling, and display execution • Travel 40–60% throughout the region monthly and manage travel budget
