📋 Description

• Oversee the entire Power BI environment including Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, and associated tools • Manage tenant settings, monitor system health, and optimize performance • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within workspaces and integrate with Azure AD • Implement row-level security to ensure data access control • Configure and maintain data gateways and schedule/monitor data refreshes • Implement and enforce governance policies, best practices, and security standards • Act as first point of contact for platform issues and provide technical guidance to end-users and report developers • Monitor usage and performance metrics for capacity planning and manage licenses (Power BI Pro, Premium per User, Premium) • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and Power BI REST API

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with PowerBI Infrastructure • Preferably with background in AWS and Data Warehousing • Preferably with experience/knowledgeable in Python and other SQL languages • Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT / Computer-related course • Experience with Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) integration • Experience implementing row-level security (RLS) • Experience configuring and maintaining data gateways and scheduling data refreshes • Experience using PowerShell and Power BI REST API for automation • Ability to troubleshoot data refreshes, connectivity, and report performance
