📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end technical discovery process to design bespoke AI safety and development engagements • Collaborate with Sales + Service Line Leadership to navigate complex sales cycles within the Global 2000 • Partner with internal Product and Engineering teams to translate client requirements into actionable Statements of Work (SOWs) • Provide expertise on model training, fine-tuning methodologies, and comprehensive evaluation metrics • Architect robust adversarial testing (red teaming) and guardrail strategies to identify and remediate risks

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-level experience (4 - 7 years) in Data Science or Machine Learning • Proven experience supporting large-scale technical sales to global organizations • A strong professional interest or background in AI Alignment and Safety • Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between highly technical engineering teams and non-technical business executives • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and internal stakeholder interests simultaneously.
