• Develop the mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Build and manage a personal customer base using TD’s brand • Conduct mortgage development and sales initiatives • Work with the Sales Manager on joint sales calls • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed for the sales channel • Complete targeted sales training and build credit knowledge • Integrate into TD’s employee-focused corporate culture and team
• Proven sales track record • Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal • Post-secondary education preferred • Must comply with applicable provincial employment regulations in Canada
