📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build and maintain customer relationships • Develop a customer base and new business • Use TD's sales management system • Conduct sales calls, including joint sales calls with the Sales Manager • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted training • Build and manage an independent mortgage business using TD's brand

🎯 Requirements

• One of the following language proficiencies preferred but not required: Italian, Ukrainian, Mandarin, Cantonese, German or Polish • Proven sales track record • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional quality sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal • Ability to develop new business in a fast-paced, competitive market
