📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence • Build and maintain customer relationships • Develop a customer base using TD's brand • Participate in targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge • Work with the Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions • Use the sales management system designed for TD's sales channel • Develop new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Flex work schedule to maintain work-life balance

🎯 Requirements

• One of the following language proficiencies preferred but not required: Italian, Ukrainian, Mandarin, Cantonese, German or Polish • Proven sales track record • Exceptional quality sales skills • Self-starter with a highly motivated approach • Independent, self-managed professional • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication ideal • Subject to provincial regulation for employment purposes
