📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence • Build and develop a customer base • Use TD’s sales management system to manage sales activities • Work closely with the Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions • Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted training • Build an independent mortgage business using TD’s brand

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships • Entrepreneurial, proactive and strategic approach to developing a customer base • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication preferred • Post-secondary education preferred
