📋 Description

• Develop the mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build and develop a customer base • Conduct sales activities and develop new business • Complete targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge • Work with the Sales Manager on joint sales calls • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed for the sales channel • Build a business using TD’s brand in Canada • Flex work schedule to maintain work-life balance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication • Post-secondary education preferred • Arabic language proficiency considered an asset
