📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build and manage a customer base using TD’s brand • Develop new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Flex work schedule to maintain work-life balance • Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted training • Integrate into TD’s employee-focused corporate culture and team • Work with the Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions • Use the sales management system designed for the mobile mortgage sales channel • Help clients and build deep, lasting relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to developing a customer base • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication • Post-secondary education preferred • Ability to comply with provincial employment regulations in Canada
