📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build and develop a customer base using TD’s brand • Conduct sales calls, including joint sales calls with the Sales Manager • Use the sales management system designed for the sales channel • Participate in targeted sales training to build sales and credit knowledge • Attend monthly coaching sessions • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Build a personal mortgage business

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication (ideal candidates) • Post-secondary education (preferred)
