📋 Description

• Develop the mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centres of influence • Build and manage a customer base using TD’s brand • Develop new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Use the sales management system designed for the sales channel • Work closely with the Sales Manager through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions • Participate in targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge • Maintain customer relationships and pursue mortgage development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to developing a customer base • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal • Post-secondary education (preferred)
