📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business through referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build and maintain customer relationships • Develop and manage a customer base • Conduct mortgage development and sales initiatives • Use TD’s sales management system • Make joint sales calls with the Sales Manager • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted training • Build an independent business using TD’s brand

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Exceptional sales skills • Self-starter with a highly motivated mindset • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication preferred • Post-secondary education preferred
