📋 Description

• Develop the mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build and manage a customer base using TD’s brand • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Use sales management systems designed for the mobile mortgage sales channel • Make joint sales calls with the Sales Manager • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted training • Work with TD Canada Trust’s personal and small business banking products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Strong ability to develop and maintain customer relationships • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to developing a customer base • Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional comfortable developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication preferred • Post-secondary education preferred • Subject to provincial employment regulations in Canada
