📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business by targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Develop and maintain customer relationships • Build and manage a customer base • Use a sales management system designed for the sales channel • Conduct sales activities and develop new business • Participate in joint sales calls with the Senior District Sales Manager • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Complete targeted sales training and build sales and credit knowledge • Build a personal business using TD’s brand

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Exceptional quality sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication (ideal) • Post-secondary education (preferred)
