📋 Description

• Develop mortgage business and build a customer base • Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence • Build sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted training • Integrate into TD’s employee-focused corporate culture and team • Conduct joint sales calls with the Sales Manager • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed for the mobile mortgage sales channel • Build a business using TD’s highly rated brand in Canada • Develop a career within a multinational financial corporation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven sales track record • Strong capability to develop and maintain customer relationships • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and strategic approach to developing a customer base • Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional sales skills • Independent, self-managed professional • Experience developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication is ideal • Post-secondary education preferred
