📋 Description

• Grow TD Canada Trust’s customer base through real estate-secured lending products • Develop business with the Mortgage Specialist team • Target mortgage brokers, homebuilders, financial planners, and other centres of influence that can generate referrals • Organize your work schedule to maintain the desired work-life balance • Use sales-focused training to strengthen your sales skills and credit knowledge • Work closely with the Sales Manager, including through joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed to support success in the sales channel • Grow your own business through the TD brand

🎯 Requirements

• A highly motivated candidate with initiative and exceptional sales skills • An independent, self-directed professional who enjoys building new business relationships in a competitive and constantly changing market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and customer relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking or the credit approval process is preferred • Postsecondary education is an asset • Fluency in a language other than French to provide support or serve customers who require services and assistance in a language other than French • Proven track record in sales
