📋 Description
• Increase TD Canada Trust’s client base through real-estate-secured lending • Target brokers, builders, financial planners and other centers of influence to generate referrals • Develop business and build a client portfolio • Establish and maintain client relationships • Conduct joint sales calls with the sales manager • Participate in monthly coaching sessions • Use a sales management system designed to support the success of the sales channel • Provide support and serve clients who require services in a language other than French
🎯 Requirements
• Highly motivated candidate with initiative and exceptional sales skills • Independent, self-directed professional • Ability to establish new business relationships in a competitive market • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and client relationship management skills • Knowledge of retail banking or credit approval processes preferred • Post-secondary education is an asset • Proficiency in a language other than French to provide support or serve clients who require services in another language • Ability to work under applicable provincial employment regulations
