📋 Description

• Collaborate with functional leaders and business analysts to clearly define test scope and criteria • Analyze technical documents and configuration specifications to identify critical test scenarios • Execute calculation tests, verify results, and document detected anomalies • Maintain and enhance the test suite based on new features and system modifications • Participate in calculation review sessions and team meetings to validate configuration accuracy • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (development, actuarial, business) to resolve identified issues • Propose improvements to verification and testing processes

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or finance • 3+ years of relevant experience in defined benefit pension plan administration • Experience in calculation verification and/or implementation of pension plan calculation systems • Proficiency with pension calculation software • Fluency in French and English (written and oral) • Advanced Excel skills • VBA programming knowledge (asset) • Excellent organizational skills and priority management • Ability to solve complex problems • Strong attention to detail and professional rigor • Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently
