📋 Description

• Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the youth sports and recreational organization markets. • Engage Customers: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and product demonstrations to educate prospects about TeamSnap’s offerings. • Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of leads in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting and follow-ups. • Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and deliver value to customers. • Be a product expert: Conduct web-based demos, uncover customer needs, and articulate our value proposition. • Maintain CRM discipline: Accurately track activities and pipelines in Salesforce. • Hit Your Quota and Optimize Performance: Leverage tools and best practices to improve conversion rates. • Run the full sales cycle: Take leads from qualification to demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience, especially in new business development. • SaaS or sports industry experience. • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving sales organization. • Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, trade shows, or client visits.
