📋 Description

• Lead business analysis sessions, gather requirements, and map business processes into Dynamics 365 functional specifications • Configure and support D365 modules across Finance, Supply Chain, or Operations/Business Central • Conduct gap analysis • Write Functional Design Documents (FDD) • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Provide functional guidance, end-user training, and post-implementation support • Collaborate with technical teams and Power BI developers to define reporting requirements • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to align D365 solutions with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or Business Central) • Strong domain knowledge in financial processes, supply chain management, or core operations • Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, module configuration, and testing • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, or MB-800) are a strong plus • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Must be based in Canada • Must be legally authorized to work as a contractor in Canada • Availability to work 20 hours per week during regular Canadian business hours for a 6-month contract • Experience independently writing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions for D365 implementations
